UNION COUNTY, NJ — Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County welcomes Brian Phillips to its board of directors, according to a recent press release.
Chief Executive Officer Russell Triolo said, “His knowledge and dedication to youth will add value to our clubs and enhance our mission of bringing great programs to the youth of Union County.”
Phillips has more than 25 years of experience in business and finance with a primary focus on risk assessment, business process control review and analysis. He has worked for several Fortune 500 financial companies and is currently with Citibank in corporate treasury, where he is responsible for the development, management and strategic delivery of a quarterly internal control assessment program, periodic corporate reporting and ongoing corporate compliance requirements. Prior to Citibank, Brian worked with Prudential Financial and several regional commercial banks in New Jersey.
“I am excited to join the BGCUC Board of Directors,” Phillips said. “I look forward to contributing my experience and skills to help enhance and expand the BGCUC brand and its impact on the children it serves and the communities where they reside.”
