ROSELLE PARK, NJ — The borough of Roselle Park has announced Colombian restaurant and bakery Comamos Puès is the Small Business of the Month for April 2024.
Comamos Puès opened its doors earlier this year. It specializes in serving delicious and authentic Colombian pastries and food. Customers rave about their empanadas and recognize the true taste of Colombia evoked in every bite. They serve a wide variety of pastels, empanadas, arepas, hot and cold beverages and prepared desserts.
Owners Margarita and Alejandro Moreno have a passion for Colombian culinary traditions and embarked on their latest venture with the opening of their third restaurant in February 2024. Their decision to locate their newest establishment in Roselle Park wasn’t a random choice; it was a heartfelt decision driven by their genuine love for the area they call home. With Alejandro’s extensive experience in the restaurant industry dating back to his roots in Colombia, the duo brings not only expertise but also an authentic taste of Colombian cuisine to the neighborhood.
Margarita expressed her gratitude to their newfound patrons, saying, “We are overwhelmed by the warm welcome and support from our new customers. Thank you for embracing us and allowing us to share our passion for Colombian flavors with you.”
Additionally, they extended their appreciation to the borough and the mayor for recognizing their efforts by selecting them as the Small Business of the Month.
