TRENTON – Today, Gov. Chris Christie signed Executive Order No. 143 which ordered all State buildings to fly flags at half-staff on Monday, Dec. 9, to honor the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela, whose steadfast determination and personal sacrifice brought an end to apartheid in South Africa and helped spread democracy.
