File Photo The Union County Prosecutor’s Office subpoenaed Tina Renna of the Union County Watchdog Association for names of individuals she claims to have that misused county generators in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. The pair, who are often at odds, are due in court today for Renna’s motion to quash the subpoena under New Jersey’s Shield Law. The prosecutor released briefs which allege Renna is not protected under the law. Renna’s lawyer strongly disagrees.
