Johnson, Benedictine standout softball seasons close in state championship games; Crusaders finish 24-9, Green Bees 16-8

The Johnson softball team, guided by sixth-year head coach Mike Mancino at right, captured county, division and section titles this season and then reached its first state championship game in 20 years.
