Garwood turns focus to other part of Casale property

Photo by Brian Trusdell The abandoned industrial properties of Casale Sheet Metal and Petro Plastics on South Avenue in Garwood have been approved for a 298-unit apartment complex. Developers Russo Development are now considering options for the opposite side of the street, either 52 townhomes or 73 more apartments.
