Union Catholic baseball – sparked by Donohue, McReynolds and Tomalavage – advances in UCT for first time in 3 years; Vikings top visiting Dayton to move to quarterfinals

PHOTO BY JR PARACHINI - Union Catholic senior right hander Dylan Donohue tossed a complete-game, one-hit shutout in beating visiting Dayton 10-0 in first round UCT play. Donahue faced 20 batters and retired 18, allowing only an infield single and then one other batter to reach base on a hit by pitch. Donhue struck out eight and did not walk a batter, tossing 83 pitches in six innings complete.
