UNION, NJ — In the Five Points section of Union, a plow truck driver does his best to keep the streets clear during the blizzard that never happened. Despite many weather experts preparing residents for a worst case scenario of multiple feet of the white stuff, most parts of Union County saw less than 10 inches of snow.
