UNION — Towns throughout Union County held parades and ceremonies during Memorial Day weekend to honor veterans of all wars, including a service and parade in downtown Union where young residents showed their patriotism and appreciation to all the veterans in town. Families lined the streets and dozens of local organizations marched to show support, including marching bands, veterans groups, local businesses and more.
