SUMMIT — Trick-or-Treating in downtown Summit is scheduled for Halloween, Thursday, Oct. 31 from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Participating merchants will display a Halloween poster in their window s to designate that they will be handing out treats to children who are trick or treating after school on Halloween.
This event is sponsored by Summit Downtown, Inc., a non-profit corporation which represents all retailers and businesses in the Special Improvement District and a proud sponsor of retail and community events in downtown Summit.
