Springfield Public Library to host Medicare lecture on Oct. 30

SPRINGFIELD — Springfield Free Public Library is presenting “MedicareAssist. Making Medicare Understandable,” a lecture by Mary Jeanne Cullen on Oct. 30, at 2 p.m.

Cullen will discuss topics that cover the full spectrum of Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for Medicare clients. Cullen has been in the benefits and insurance business for the past 14 years. She helps Medicare enrollees cut through advertising pitches and the overwhelming flood of information and provides objective choices so clients can make educated decisions regarding their benefits.

Cullen reviews the materials with clients so they can feel comfortable and confident that whatever option they choose will meet their budget and medical needs. This program is free and open to all members of the general public.

The Springfield library is located at 66 Mountain Ave. More information about the library and its upcoming programs can be obtained by visiting www.springfieldpubliclibrary.com or by calling 973 276-4930 during regular library hours.
