UNION — The Union Township Chamber of Commerce will be holding a “Business Card Exchange over Breakfast” event as its October networking event. The program will be held Oct. 23, at Northfield Bank, 1305 Morris Ave., Union from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
“The October Networking event provides every member business and guests with the opportunity to create connections while mingling over breakfast,” said Chamber Executive James Masterson. “From time to time, we like to skip holding a formal program and dedicate time to pure networking. Membership in the Chamber is about contacts, connections and community.”
At the event, there will be a special presentation to the charity “Operation Provide Comfort,” which will receive a portion of the proceeds from the recent Mayor’s Day 5K Race held last month. “Operation Provide Comfort” provides vital assistance to the residents of Union Beach, NJ, who were impacted by super storm Sandy.
Pre-registration is required by contacting the chamber at 908-688-2777 or by emailing [email protected]. Admission for members is $10 and for guests is $15.
The Union Township Chamber of Commerce is a professional association organized to unite, strengthen, represent and promote the growth and success of its member businesses.
