Water under the bridge

CRANFORD, NJ  — A Cranford Fire Department vehicle stands guard to block traffic from entering the Lincoln Avenue railway underpass following an afternoon downpour and flash flooding on July 27, which occurred throughout Union County. The barricade was too late for one vehicle which stalled and became trapped.
