UNION COUNTY — Union County Freeholders Bette Jane Kowalski and Alexander Mirabella recently presented a resolution to Peter and Arthur F. Sobilo honoring and recognizing their late father Arthur Sobilo of Summit for his outstanding military service during World War II.
